Chase specializes in the areas of business transactions, securities, tax, estate planning, and real estate. As a co-founder of VC2 Law, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his practice. Prior to establishing VC2 Law, Chase was a partner for several years at a mid-size, regional law firm, where he managed the firm’s transactional practice. Chase also worked for a boutique estate and business planning firm in Phoenix for three years. He honed his skills with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC, where he spent his final semester during law school.
A distinguished graduate from Arizona State University, Chase holds licenses to practice law in both Arizona and Utah, showcasing his commitment to providing comprehensive legal services across jurisdictions.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Chase derives fulfillment from diverse interests. He is an enthusiast of music, an accomplished tennis player, avid traveler, and loves mountain biking. Furthermore, he places a premium on quality time with his family, recognizing the importance of maintaining a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle.
